More Crew to come...
Carnival's cruise ship Triumph docked at St. Thomas.
Ahoy, Freepers! Why not make your next year's vacation a FREEPER CRUISE? Can't think of a better idea!
United we stand for conservative activism AND some good old-fashioned fun, too!
This cruise thread will be running right up until embarkation day. It'll be packed with lots of information.
Post your enthusiastic comments here. Links are provided below for stateroom/fares information, registration form and
the Bahama Mama Q&A thread devoted solely to answers for all your cruise questions and to provide you with smooth sailing.
We strongly urge you to register ASAP. We need a certain number of registrations by a mid-January cutoff date
to ensure our reserved block of cabins with Carnival. From many communications we've received since last year's terrific cruise,
we're certain the interest is out there. We don't want to have to deep-six this event if we don't get enough registrations in a timely manner.
PLEASE NOTE to hold off on making your air tickets reservations until we give you the go-ahead.
We have more than ample lead-time for this cruise and you'll be able to get good air-fare bargains in plenty of time!
Since some air-transportation tickets are non-refundable, we don't want anyone to be left holding the ditty-bag.
As an incentive for early registration, the first 20 Freepers to get their reservations into the travel agency
will win their choice of five (5) sheets of Ocents.com stamp sheets (go to that website for Seeking the Truth's array of terrific stamps!)
They will also receive a usflagballoon.com pin courtesy of Abner (check out Abner's usflagballoon website
to view the colorful pin and some excellent pictures of the US Flag Balloon!) Registrations will be dated and time-stamped by the agency.
Winners will be notified and they'll receive their gift stamps and pins via mail.
We've got a great contest planned for later. A lucky winner will receive a FREE cabin for two!
Last year, the contest was won by our Freeper pal, Taxman. This time it may be you!
Bookmark this thread. We'll keep you posted as plans evolve. Register now for this fun-filled getaway in the sun!
Informal FRN meetings will be held on board which will be full of information and idea-sharing for effective conservative activism.
Rock the boat with your fellow Freepers! Climb aboard today!
This page is for about the cruise.
If you have questions, do not post them here.
Use the Bahama Mama link and ask them there.
Thank you!

His politics are unfortunately way out there, but he's a Titanic buff like I am, so we do have stuff to discuss other than politics. It would be funny as heck to get him to come along, just billing this as a purely pleasure trip, then spring the trap on him at the first night party ... (VBEG)

Are they talking about Weapons of Massive Drunkenness?? I think that's Jamacian Rum!!
The cruise is still two months off. We all know this is going to one heckuva victory lap around the Caribbean. What a time it will be!
But we can't guarantee a cabin after March 21, nor can we guarantee the low discount fare after this date.
Phone Wanda tomorrow at toll-free 1-800-890-7583 and get your oar in now or you'll be flippin' your jib when we all set sail on the aptly-named good ship "Triumph"!

There it is. For seven nights this is going to be home sweet home.
Here's some interesting tidbits about our cruise:
By far, the most popular cabin category selected by freepers so far is 8A, the stateroom where you can step outside the door to your own private verandah overlooking the Caribbean sea. It's complete with chairs, lounges and table for your morning coffee at an unbeatable price. This category is going fast, so get your reservation in to Wanda TODAY!
Freepers signed up so far are coming from states such as Utah, California, Kansas, Florida, Texas, Georgia, Alabama, Colorado, Indiana, Arkansas and Wisconsin.
We'll have a honeymooning couple, several anniversary couples and some birthday folks to celebrate with. There are freepers of all ages ranging from crumb-crunchers and teens all the way up to seasoned citizens. Military veterans. Singles as well as couples. FR newbies and seasoned long-time freepers.
What a mix.....and patriots all.
Reservations and low discount fares are still holding for another 10 days or so. Phone Wanda today at 1-800-890-7583 today to sign on.

Some folks may want to arrive in Miami the afternoon before sailing for the sunny Caribbean on Saturday, May 31. It's less of a hassle and obviates any delaying, nerve-wracking glitches in your transportation plans.
We had a good group of freeper early-birds on last year's Rock the Boat freeper cruise who stayed in a Ft. Lauderdale hotel the night before embarkation. I wasn't there that evening, but I heard a fun time was had by all, and I saw after-cruise pictures posted on FR to prove it!
We've made arrangements for any early arrivees to stay together at a conveniently-located hotel on Friday night, May 30 if you choose.
All the details are on reply # 176 on the Bahama Mama Q & A thread (link at the top of this thread). Please post any questions on that thread.
Freepers, you can still make your cruise reservations by calling our TA, Wanda, at toll-free 1-800-890-7583. She can handle the whole package for you, cruise reservation, air reservation and Friday night reservation. Then just sit back and dream about your upcoming tropical days and nights in the gorgeous islands and azure waters of the Caribbean.
Special thanks to our own freeper, Luis Gonzales, who scouted the Miami port area for convenient, reasonable hotel accomodations for us. It wasn't easy as most hotels there don't provide transportation to the cruise terminal. Muchas gracias, amigo! Hope to see you that night at the hotel for a little adult beverage and a hug and a beso smacko!

A trio of islands make up Grand Cayman. It's a British Crown Colony (support the Brits!)
It was discovered by Christopher Columbus in 1503. He named it "Las Tortugas" for the turtles which surrounded his ship. By 1530, the name had changed to "Caymanas" for the iguanas roaming the islands.
Our FReeper Beach Party will be held on the world-famous Seven-Mile Beach outside of George Town. The sand is soft and white. The sea transitions through many lovely shades of blue as the sun shifts. The water is warm and crystal clear. You can find pieces of white coral with your toes right offshore as you bob around in the gentle waves. Bring your goggles, your cameras, your videocams.
We have a great day scheduled at the beach for our freepers with a tasty lunch, lounges, umbrellas, tables, changing rooms and all necessary facilities provided. What an opportunity to mix and yakkity-yak with all the sparkling, witty, charming and fun freeper personalities signing up for this cruise!
Abandon yourself to the langorous breezes of the beach, its fantastic vista and it's easy ambience. Let tropical nature calm your weary spirits (especially after all this nerve-wracking UN baloney!) We freepers deserve a break today, yep!
Sign on for the cruise by calling Wanda today (toll-free 1-800-890-7583). Tell her you're a Freeper and you want to kick back and relax in Grand Cayman (and Cozumel, and Ocho Rios, too!).

Yup. If you're gonna be a bear, be a grizzly!
