The last time i looked, Kazakhstan was about 1000 miles north of Pakistan and Afghanistan and didn't share a border with either. So how is this reporter on 'location' any more than you or I?

Well, at least the snake is dying a long, slow, painful death. So deserving, and just what most of us hoped for.

Mohammed is looking all over the Islamic heaven trying to find 72 virgins. So far no luck. Seems they are more scarce than lawyers and priests.

Apparently, when he comes out of a coma for a brief period, they will record his voice. Of course, if he dies soon, he will be denied his wish for martyrdom. It was stated that some see this as a punishment from God. I guess that would explain his second announcement this week about him dying this year.

Normally you don't turn yellow with end stage kidney disease. You turn yellow with end stage liver disease, ie Jaundice.

How would John Batchelor, on location in Kazahkistan, know what is happening in western Pakistan?

I still believe bin Laden is cave caulk somewhere under Tora Bora. All the "evidence" nothwithstanding, I think he's been dead for more than a year.

That's the issue that bothers me about the "why don't we go after Osama" yammering that is a favorite Democrat talking point.
To go after Osama, if he is in fact still alive, would require an invasion of Pakistan, and everyone knows it.
Do the Democrats want us to invade Pakistan?

If your doctor is rounded up in Pakistan, how long does it take to die of kidney failure because of a lack of dialysis?

When you check the link, go ahead and FReep the poll. It asks about the effectiveness of Powell's speech to the UN.

This is the 2nd story about Osama's coming demise.
Al-Queda has determined that a martyred Big 'O' is now preferable to the post-mortem Osama they've been foisting on us with edited tapes.

What's this all about and who is John Batchelor?

Symptoms
Symptoms of ESRD include weight loss, nausea or vomiting, general malaise, fatigue, headache, hiccups, itching, decreased urination, easy bruising or bleeding, lethargy, difficulty breathing and seizures. Symptoms may be mild until kidney function has dropped to 15 percent or less of normal.
Usually by the time ESRD occurs there is a long history of kidney disease. Levels of creatinine and blood urea nitrogen, chemicals ordinarily removed by the kidneys, are markedly elevated. Dialysis is generally considered when a specific set of problems has developed, including:
- Pericarditis (inflammation of the lining of the heart)
- Fluid overload or congestive heart failure (in which fluid backs up behind the heart into the lungs) that cannot be adequately improved with diuretics (medications that encourage elimination of fluid)
- Severely elevated blood pressure that is not improved by antihypertensive medications
- A decrease in nervous system functions marked by confusion, decreased alertness or seizures
- Bleeding related to kidney failure that cannot be improved through other means
- Severe, unrelenting nausea and vomiting
- Severe abnormalities in blood tests indicating that dialysis will soon be necessary, even if the problems mentioned above have not yet developed

Osama in a coma, I know
I know - it's serious
Osama in a coma, I know
I know - it's really serious
There were times when I could
Have "murdered" him
(But you know, I would hate
Anything to happen to him)
NO, I DON'T WANT TO SEE HIM
Do you really think
He'll pull through ?
Do you really think
He'llpull through ?
Do ...
Osama in a coma, I know
I know - it's serious
My, my, my, my, my, my baby, goodbye
There were times when I could
Have "strangled" him
(But you know, I would hate
Anything to happen to him)
WOULD YOU PLEASE
LET ME SEE HIM !
Do you really think
He'll pull through ?
Do you really think
He'll pull through ?
Do ...
Let me whisper my last goodbyes
I know - IT'S SERIOUS
(With apologies to The Smiths)

Well it would explain the sudden switch to infrequent audio messages from the post-9/11 finger-wagging videos he seemed to enjoy.
Wherever he is, he's obviously in no condition to be filmed. The terrorists are sure to concoct some lie to glorify his death, consistent with the falsehoods with which the life of their Prophet, Mohammed is surrounded.
The truth is that bin Laden has, or will die a sick and broken man, hiding from the consequences of his actions in a hole in the ground, like the troglodyte he is.
