I heard it mentioned that Orrin Hatch had this sign in the Senate, but haven't seen it. I found it posted elsewhere, thought it's a "keeper".

That's great, Hatch has been really worked up about this (as well he should). It sounds like he's about to blow a fuse everytime he calls into Hannity. I just hope all the Republicans stand strong and don't give in to these tactics.

I e-mailed my Senators and told them it was terrible that I was watching and saw how they're using weapons of mass destruction and it's just terrible how they're treating this fine hispanic nominee. I think Hatch should continue calling them on it and let the Dems stew about the implications given the similar connotations between the two phrases.

I wish the media would grill Joe Lieberman on his position on this. And the Pubbies need to run ads in all these states that voted Bush but then elected Dim senators. Ask these people if they feel like their senators reflect their beliefs or Hillary Clinton's. Elected in South Dakota (or wherever), gelded in Washington.

Absolutely. I was watching Sen. Hatch last night and tonight on CSPAN, educating my lovely wife on the goings on, and I said tonight that I had to write Senator Hatch and thank him for the great job he is doing. The great thing about it is that he is simply presenting facts. I switched over to the House and there was the Congressman from my state of New Jersey, Bob Menendez, advancing the "he's not Hispanic enough" argument. Disgusting.

Anyway, great, great job Sen. Hatch. Keep it up! You have supporters all over America!

What I wrote to Sen. Hatch:

Dear Senator Hatch,

I have been watching you live on the Senate floor regarding the nomination of Miguel Estrada. I just wanted to voice my strong support and thanks for what you are doing. I am a registered Republican here in the unfortunately liberal state of New Jersey. I support what you are doing 100% and I want you to know you have support all over America from decent, fair-minded citizens.

What the Democrats are trying to do is disgraceful and damaging to our constitutional processes. I thank you most sincerely for standing up to them so forcefully and putting the facts out in plain view for the American people.

Utah is a wonderful, beautiful state. My wife and I had a fabulous time in Moab last year, and look forward to returning to your great state. Although I live in liberal NJ, I am proud to say that my county is 4-1 Republican. Sussex County recently sent Scott Garrett to the United States Congress and we expect he'll do a real fine job.

Thanks again Senator. Keep up the great work! God bless you.

Sen. Hatch is Spot On!

He is aptly describing yet another attempt of the Democrat's destruction of the Bush Presidency. These fools are obviously gluttons for punishment; this will only inspire more people to not only contribute to the NRSC, but keep the Democrats in the minority well into the next decade.

Yes, the sign is for real.

Hatch really had it up in the Senate.

I am glad somebody is telling it like it is.
