Reading that scares me, it allows for the possibility that democrats could actually scuttle this nomination.

Bush should bring a Declaration of War against Iraq before the Congress right now and make the Dems filibuster while that puppy is being held up. Then he should say we can't wait for the Dems to drop their partisan attempt to block a Bush Judge and attack based their previous legislation.

Barbara Boxer is rambling now on C-span and sounds like an elementary school teacher instead of a senator. This is not to denigrate elementary teachers, but rather to categorize her style of speech. Is this woman for real? Perhaps she is an actress? Every California politician should start jumping on her case, and sister Diane's also, about their lack of support for the Hispanic community.

Believe the Junior Senator from NY has a totally tin ear when it comes to politics. What I cannot understand is why the rest of the DemocRATs in the Senate allow themselves to be led down the plank on this nomination. They seemed to have morphed into Hillary DemocRATs.
