Well, we need to keep the pressure on. I just printed out a couple of bumper stickers in PowerPoint
On one I put the Free Miguel picture, then
STOP (in the form of a stop sign)
THE DEMOCRAT'S
FILLIBUSTER
On the other one, I put the word OBSTRUCTION with the international No symbol through it (red circle with a slash)
I have no way to post a picture, but they turned out pretty cool. I'm going to put them on my car's windows when I drive around this weekend. I live in San Diego County, so lots of Hispanics should see it.
We've got to wake the sheeple up to what's going on!!

Dems scared sh** the courts will become LESS liberal..
There is no doubt that this is about that BIG BLOCK called the Women's Vote...This is about whether Hillary can deliver EVERY freedom to Women including the right to kill unborn human babies.

These folks hate America, want to remove our rights, because our rights come from God and are lent to the State. The recognition of God immolates the world view they've adopted to rationalize their selfish and ungodly acts and causes for 30-30 years of their lives.
There were WWII Japanese soldiers who blindly defended their hidden Indonesian caves into the 1980s, even though they watched "American Airlines" 747s bank over their heads on final approach to Singapore or Jakarta. They'd kill anyone who broached their deluded territory - though they fought for a murderous, fascist regime at core.

I have been calling like crazy. I slowed down and talked to a nice gentleman in Sen Frists office.
He told me that we were going to win this fightand this is how.
They have to give the recess because they want to keep this going. McConnel is recovering from heart surgery, and another Sen. wife is in critical cond. and they have to have 50 Sen. to keep a Quorum on the floor. he would not get into details, but Sen. Frist thinks the time will work in our favor. He said the fight would resume, and we are not backing down, when the Senate gets back in session
I have not been following the thread so if it is redundant
I apologize.

I have been calling for the last hr.and I am listening to
Hugh Hewitt. It is amazing how he takes snippets of the dim Senators and clearly explains why they are all wet!
He is all over Boxer has just called her a small minded liar and a rotten person. He is usually a little more reserved.

I think it'll be after the war before we see a 'round-the-clock filibuster. The President is a little busy at the moment, but after the war he will be able to put pressure on the RATS. Meanwhile, the Republicans will use the issue to hammer on the RATS in Hispanic communities. We will prevail.

It's a silly vigil, IMO.
Let the Dems win this procedural scrum, go on their little Elvis Presley-like beach blanket holidays, and Bush can just put Estrada on that bench.
If it takes a 4 am vote to make a "recess" a "recess" instead of a time out, let's do it, have Bush sign the order at 4:01 for Estrada and any other nominees who've been stiff-armed to take their positions. I'm confident that the Dems have NO capability to make political hay over the appointments. They'd have to go public with the reasons this paragon of American immigrant faith and righteous success is unfit to serve our judiciary. Fuhgettabout it!
I don't like recess appointments, we all hated them when Clinton was urinating all over our office, but the Dems aren't doing their Constitutional duty, our rights and remedies as citizens who DEMAND our rights to a fast and fair trial and review are being corrupted, and any tool in the shed that can be used to pummel anti-American cockroaches is just OK wit' me.
There are fiscal appropriations and overview obligations that this SENATE has unresolved from LAST FISCAL meeting!!! Let Ralph Nees enjoy his biennial hard-on and just send Estrada to the DC Appeals court in their faces. Recess appoing all the controversial selections, go on a marketing tour with the American Idol winners, and let's funnel Allah's juvenile delinquents into heaven, get control of our borders and do some tax cutting mojo to get this economy smoking again.
When Clinton was rebuffed on Bill Lann Lee ... he just sent him to the Civil Rights Division anyway. Bush needs to bypass these geriatric prima donnas and get the job done. Let the '04 chips fall where they may.
To: Ragtime Cowgirl
He says Bill Clinton would agree with him on his record of getting his judges through or he would be a ball-faced liar.
Well...
