I actually have met this guy a few years ago....he was still working in the Spokane area and he was still in the Army national guard at that time......

I remember him as being HIspanic but maybe he was Italian...don't know....

He sat across from me at a Christmas party...

the other tidbit I heard is that he utltimatley got fired and kicked out of the Guard because of some altercation with his ex wife....supposedly, he pushed her out of a moving vehicle....can't verify that but I think that is what I remember happened...

anyway....the Army national Guard is taking a beating what with this guy and the serial killer Robt. Yates who was an Army helicopter pilot.....

When one is cleared for classified information, one signs an agreement, a contract actually, to not divulge that information to persons not similarly cleared. That includes lawyers, no matter who they represent, unless they are cleared, and have a "need to know" the particular information. The laws covering all this come under the general category of espionage acts.

Since she's his ex, and no longer his wife, she may have kept his name and appended either her maiden name, or that of a new husband. This is sometimes done to simplify things when there are children involved. The Hispanic practice, for married women, is to drop their mothers maiden name and append de (of) and the husbands family name. Thus when Guadalupe Zapata Rodriguez marries David Torres Flores she become Gaudalupe Zapata de Torres. Tejanos don't generally follow this practice though, at least not the ones whose families have been here awhile.
