I have prayer request for my daughter

I have prayer request for my daughter. My wife just called and they just took my daughter by ambulance to the hospital about 30 minutes from where we live, after another visit to the doctor. She says they found a build up in her right lung and they have her on a oxygen machine and the word for what she has I can't spell. Its not good for a 5 year old. I leaving to go up there in a little while as I have to gather some things first and waiting for my mother-law to get back from her shopping. She does not know yet. Thank you everyone.

I had pneumonia about 10 years ago. Took a long time to feel better again...about 2 months. My daughter developed a mild case and meds helped her tremendously.

The fact she was taken to the hospital via ambulance makes the situation serious, T.

We had seen the doctor but the medicine they gave her didn't help.

That's because her lungs need the help of the ozygen tent which is only available in the hospital. She will get better rapidly, I'm sure.

The only way to truly diagnose pneumonia is by an x-ray, which your regular doctor probably did not order. Probably thought it was a cold or bronchitis or something like that. Quite a bit of that going around.

I've been there --- my mom continues to get this, my husband has had it, etc... Like I said, she is in the best place right now --- they will give her antibotics to fight the infection. I'm adding your daughter to my prayer list and will think of her. FYI, my eldery mother is getting better as we speak --- like I said, it is very treatable.

Hey Todd .. it sounds like you are saying pneumonia.

Years ago when my oldest daughter was 9 months old she came down with pneumonia in her left lung .. it was a pretty scary time but with the medicines and a lot of TLC she was ok
