Love your tag line. I hit a windfall the other day; tore down an old patio cover made of aluminum. After recycling, it made me enough to take 3 neighbors out for a steak dinner.

Good post. The choice is 1) US or (2 UN, that's becoming clearer by the day. Have you noticed that most Senate Democrats and mainstream journalists choose the UN over the US? Isn't that treason? It's certainly a failure, we could make the case at this point for a
criminal failure of the mainstream press to inform the public. AP's non-profit status was in recognition of the importance of an informed electorate.
Clinton Legacy: reversing that pesky American Revolution.
Mamady Traore: Guinean Ambassador "Inspections must go on." Gray areas? Weasel words.

I think the UN is over. It might take awhile to die, but it's over. IF we don't give them anymore money, the end will come more quicly.

I think Powel should rap it up by saying... you have 15 mins to vote... I have planes in the air as we speak. I think they should have gone in just as he was starting. Then he can say "you can vote on whether or not to join us."

CNN just said Gallup Poll stated: 63% of Americans polled trusted policy decisions on Iraq versus 24% for President Bush. UNREAL.

Germany. I'm on pins and needles.
Joschka Fischer - German Foreign Minister: "From the outset, German had all the information, too, Hans Blix, Security Council." Huh?

Dear China; Dead Americans can't buy your cheap crap. So you do have an interest in this. Look at your wallet again then get back to us. ROFL!!!! SHORT WAL-MART!
To: Terriergal
They are not with us because, although they know Iraq has these weapons and is going to develop nukes, they feel that they can live with that scenario. Because, in the short term he is not a threat to them! And secretly, many of them would enjoy seeing more American's die.

CNN reporting.....U.S. counterterrorism officials warn of heightened terror threat, partly due to concern over potential conflict with Iraq. Details to come. ("Act Like the War with Iraq was already begun" blitzer says)

We know members of both organizations met repeatedly and have met at least eight times at very senior levels since the early 1990s. [my comments..was clinton aware] In 1996, a foreign security service tells us, that bin Laden met with a senior Iraqi intelligence official in Khartoum, and later met the director of the Iraqi intelligence service.I'm going to be sick.

The Kraut said that Powell's presentation proves that the decision-making responsibility concerning Iraq resides with UN Security Council. What planet is this guy living on? The decision will be made at the WH, and the WH only.
