The Kraut said that Powell's presentation proves that the decision-making responsibility concerning Iraq resides with UN Security Council. What planet is this guy living on? The decision will be made at the WH, and the WH only.

Fischer is right to say that the UN SC should say yes to the war. But if the SC doesn´t, the WH replaces the SC´s decision.

Is that not telling. As soon as Fischer is done the FIRST person he calls is the Iraqi U.N. delagate. That sums it all up right their my friends.
