To bad that we don't have someone over there who can, ummmmm, link to or put up the picture. Perhaps with a caption about the latest person to come "to the light (right)?

Nah. Best to let them wonder...
To: dixie sass
Dixie, let me get this straight. YOU are poking fun at Taxman for Getting Lost? *lol* (I bet he got you to wherever in time for dinner, though)
;-)
To: Taxman
Taxman:
You're already the crew chief of the Shuttle. With that kind of response, apparently you're bucking for right seat!
It was a great time and thanks for letting us crash at your place. I'm sure we will be in for next year!
To: Exit148
Couldn't pull the picture up to see who it was. If it was a man and he was tall and good looking - it might have been Constitution Day from North Carolina.

Not just one flying vehicle, but TWO! Duck! They're at it again!
Dubya and I missed ya! The potted palm is gone, alas! It most probably died a drunken death.

". . the "cartoons" kids watch today are junk." You can expand that to the TV that kids watch today is junk. Did you get to watch (with your kids) George of the Jungle? He was one of my favorites.

Between him and his partner in crime, VoC - well, Abner, I just don't know - of course we could always lock them in the broom closet... but then again...

"You obviously have talent in the harem-gathering field. ;)" Thanks, I think. I'm already looking forward to next year and hoping that there is something in the meantime that I can get to. I am working on getting more people to make the trip with me.
BTW, the quote from Sam Adams that you have on your homepage is one of my favorites.

Well, I don't watch TV much -- a little History Channel now and then; any NASCAR race; some sports car racing; anything about aviation; a little football. Don't much care for the popular culture, so I ignore it and work on replacing the income tax with a National Retail Sales Tax and abolishing the IRS. Too busy to care about off-topic stuff, generally, and what spare time I have, I spend reading and FReeping.
I have no idea who George of the Jungle is.
PS Don't chose me as your partner for Trivial Pursuit on late 20th Century popular culture -- I don't know $hit about it.
