Yes...this was specifically left out of the post 9/11 speech where he referred to nazism, fascism and totalitarianism. North Korea has obviously got him really pissed off, and he's perhaps a little less impressed with the Chinese that he was at that time (I'm keeping my fingers crossed on this one).
