Charles Kubic, presents the bronze star to Senior Chief Equipment Operator Alexander Nakoa assigned to the "Fighting Forty" of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Forty (NMCB-40), for his actions performed in Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
