Kristina Olsen a nurse, whose sister was killed in the September 11 attacks, sings at the al-Amariya shelter in Baghdad, Iraq, on Wednesday, Jan. 8, 2003. Kristina is one of four members of the Peaceful Tomorrows group who have lost relatives in the violence of September 11, met to grieve with Iraqis whose relatives were killed 10-years ago when allied warplanes struck a bomb shelter. The four members said they want to be with Iraqi families who have also suffered such loss because of war and sanctions. (AP Photo/Hussein Malla)

Supposedly the Jammers could affect up to 80% of the bombs that would be used in Iraq (that rely on GPS satellites). The Air Force is said to be having major heartburn...while they analyze this development. You hear that Sadamm? The AF is REALLY worried now. Yea, that's the ticket. Worried, yea. Use em Sadamn. Use em.

Jammers are great targets! Jammers are relatively inexpensive. JDAMs are very expensive and very limited in numbers. I hope we have as many anti-jammer capable missiles as they have jammers. You could take one jammer and connect it to a dozen $100 transmitting antennas a mile away from the underground jammer.
The big picture here is Saddam has been preparing for the coming attack for over 11 years. I think the main point that everyone is missing is that Saddam wants us to attack. In my opinion, it was part of his plan before his commitment to the 9-11 attack. I only hope Saddam has over estimated his ability to bring harm to the U.S. After 9-11 and the anthrax trial run, I am not so sure he has.

Brent Baird (?) said that FNC has had the story for 2 days and sat on it as requested by the Pentagon.... until right now, when they got the green light to report. Let me just add this one facet... the Pentagon gave them the ok to go with this part of the report! There is more to it, believe me.
The jammers make a good target but guess where he probably puts the jammers? Mosques, civilian shelters, baby milk factories that are already labeled as such, in English.

The following article is from CNN on September 24th... Thanks for the post. I'll have to use blinders with FOX Breaking stories from now on I guess...

JDAM's are cheap. They are dumb bombs with a upgrade kit on the nose and the tail.
HARM missiles to take out jammers are more expensive, but we have plenty.

Carpet bombing is cheap.
I'm worried Saddam already has a nuke or two. That will make him a hero no matter what happens afterwards.

All I ask is that we send a large Hollywood delegation over just before we start bombing.

It's a great website/forum but it's mostly about Israel, Islam, Jihads ..... that kind of stuff.

Why doesn't that anemic frump strum her gee-tar for the Israeli families that suffered such loss from Palestinian terrorism?

She certainly looks the part.

I guess in a way it is "Breaking News" if it has been confirmed they purchased some from Russia. But the good news seems to be they wasted their money. They should have watched CNN.

...broadcast omnidirectional signal loses power proportional to the cube of the distance from the antenna. 4 Watts can jam to 200KM?? Square, I think. But anyway, the same law applies to the orbiting transmitters, which are much further away from the receiver than the jammer.
