I guess in a way it is "Breaking News" if it has been confirmed they purchased some from Russia. But the good news seems to be they wasted their money. They should have watched CNN.

This Fox story is almost as big as the bungalow fire in a seedy neighborhood and the strip mall fire they've covered recently as "Breaking News". Sheesh.
