This could be great. The RATS are announcing their economic plan tomorrow in their attempt to upstage the President's economic speech on Tuesday. If the RATS get drowned out by Saddam, it will be God's hand once again.

Anyone know where we can get it with the time difference.. Baghdad Iraq = 3 hours East of GMT.
Therefore, US EST time = Baghdad time - 8 hours.
