The problem Superintendent Hilliard has is that I, and millions of other Americans, already have guns. He and the other fascists can try to take them away if they choose but I suggest they get their affairs in order first.

This sort of thinking is precisely why we have a second amendment. It's purpose is to effectively and permanently block this fascist takeover the Left is famous for.

I would question the competence of Chief Hilliard as Chicago's Police Chief if he is as ignorant about the 2nd Amendment as his quote indicates. For someone in his position to display such appalling ignorance of the Constitution, would also make me question his ability to run a Police force, which is supposed to enforce the law. If he has no basic understanding of the document which all of our laws are derived from, then I would say he has no business being Police Chief.
