Show me the reply starting at the beginning of the play, you know, where the Miami player was holding the OSU player after the 5 yd "free-zone". Then we can talk. If you haven't figured it out already, I don't think they Miami player was 'interfering' when the ball arrived, but interference can happen ANYTIME in the recievers route.

video of the controversial penalty. From that angle, I can't see any penalty. I was listening to the game on the radio from the fourth quarter on, so that is my only view. However, let me note that I am unbiased, as this is only the second college football game I have seen all season (my first was the USC game the other day).
If that is what the ref saw, he shouldn't have thrown the yellow flag. I don't know what he was smoking.
However, the bottom line is that Ohio State outplayed Miami, and hard work always pays off. My hat is off to both teams.
