Patty bin Murray Backlash
Posted on 12/29/2002 3:51:50 PM PST by Lennie
Several of my friends now see how blatantly bias the news media is because of their handling of traitor, Patty bin Murray compared to what they did to Trent Lott. Lott insulted African Americans, but bin Murray insulted all Americans, including African Americans.
I've been e-mailing liberal news sources *encouraging* them to continue their censorship so I can win liberals over to conservativism. I even won over an African American co-worker and a long time union man because they now see very clearly what the liberal media is all about. They are asking themselves what other lies have been told to them? How many lies? What is their real agenda?
I hope the media keeps up their sleeze.

I hadn't been aware of Ms. Rat's statement, but it doesn't surprise me. She goes out of her way to make outrageous and controversial remarks. She makes her living on radio and TV as a useless idiot for the Left, and the only way she can get face time is by going beyond the pale. Another of the truly evil people taking up space on the planet these days.

Good for you. Thanks! For victory & freedom!!!

Today's lead editorial in the (ugh) NJ Star Ledger (bleah) entitled "A Patriot's Critique" and starts out this way:
"Patty Murray, the freshman senator from Washington state, had the nerve to suggest recently that there may be good reason why so many Muslims hate the United States.
She did it in a clumsy way, and she had some of her facts wrong. But her central point was on target: America has done precious little to win friends among the people of the Islamic world."
The rest of the editorial is here:

It's what I would have expected from this paper.

Always a good way to prove liberal bias. Show someone the facts of a situation and then have them watch how it gets reported. One of my more successful excercises was getting a friend to watch the Republican convention on C-SPAN and then watch the news reports about it.
To: Exit148
Well, let's start with the fact that she is not the "freshman" Senator from Washington State, that title is held by Maria Cant-think-well, who defeated Slade Gorton in the 1998 election. Peppermint Patty's turn comes up in 2004, and it is high time she goes.
If she had merely said that OBL bribes Middle Easterners into supporting him, this would not have been news. But, instead, she blathers on about various forms of infrastructure, including her sacred "day care centers", and looks like a fool first, and a traitor second. This was covered by the local news media, but it will be long forgotten by them when 2004 rolls around. Hopefully, we will find a good Republican candidate that is willing to drag it up to embarass the people of my state into voting her out of office.

Because Murray is a 'rat, the media never sufficiently held her feet to the fire, and the result of that is that she has not made amends to all the Americans she insulted. This will make the issue much more potent if and when a challenger revisits it in '04. Contrast with Lott. That problem was fixed. Republicans have to fix their problems because of the media. With the 'rats such matters are allowed to grow and fester.
It's the same with policy. 'Rats aren't challenged to explain and justify their policy proposals to anywhere near the same degree that Republicans are. The result is that Republicans have better policy and are better able to elaborate the reasons why it is better.

Father of 9/11 Victim Blasts Murray
WorldNetDaily.com ^ | 28/12/2002 | Art Moore
Sen. Murray's statements are quite offensive to most Americans, and are at least on a par with the comments uttered by Sen. Trent Lott (R-MS). You in the major media spent hundreds of hours of air time, and hundreds of column-inches of print, in excoriating Sen. Lott, parsing his words, analyzing his statements and intent. Why have you not done the same for Sen. Murray?
...I have underestimated the power of grassroots outrage on this forum before. I never in my wildest dreams could have thought that Registered's "SORE LOSERMAN" invention could have swept the nation and exposed Gore and the Democrats to the degree that it did. Reading Tipper Gore's recent interviews, it is now obvious how much Free Republic and grass roots anger at their flagrant attempt to steal power thwarted their hideous pursuits.
Sen. Murray exemplifies those decrepit generations who really and truly believe that love is something you buy, respect is something you rent, and character can be marked down as an after-holiday sale item.
Surely no one – certainly not a U.S. senator – could be that stupid...
But Matthew Felling, media director for the Center for Media and Public Affairs in Washington, D.C., thinks Murray's remarks are not getting attention because they largely were correct.
Let's Organize to Oust Patty MurraySeattle Times ^ | Kate in Palo AltoThe Dems will turn this whole thing around, and portray it as an attempt by the Republicans to "get even for Trent Lott" - and the sheeple will believe it. A week from now, the national media won't even be covering this story. It will be "old news".

Is it possible that Sen. Murray is simply crazy? And that those who elected her were also crazy, or woefully ignorant about what she is really like?
if the GOP had any guts, they would show the people jumping from the towers, then the smoldering ruins of the twin towers, a small picture of the Communist senator and her quotes running on a scroll up the screen. No other commentary, no "get out the vote" message, just her quote.
Neat idea. Mind if I borrow it?

Seems she has her very own talk show somewhere........the only time I see her is on FNC........and frankly, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

Her sinuses seem plugged-up... breathing through the mouth.
A good kick-in-the-head can clear her up. Islamic males like that sort of thing.

Contrast with Lott. That problem was fixed. The Lott problem was "fixed" by dumping Ronald Reagan's 11th Commandment.
To: hunter112
No need to wait till Murray's reelection. Murray remains on the powerful Senate Appropriations Committee by vote of the RAT caucus in the Senate. Their feet should be held to the fire over this.
