I wouldn't walk across the street to see one of Spielberg's movies! I'm sure the Boy Scouts won't miss Stevie either.

I wonder if Stevie is going to come out of the closet to make a further statement. I don't have any reason to believe he's Gay, but I would put it past some of these wackos to become Gay just to further a cause.

I credit them for giving me my start So, to thank them for their guidance and rules that helped me become successful, I would like to bestow upon them my new founded wrath.
Since I have grown up and joined the left wing, Hollywood crowd, I've taken up a the new sword and I now think Queers and the Anti Christ are more important to me. I would like to change the rules and corrupt every new Boy Scout so he will practice and accept this behavior as normal.
Thank you BSA

Doesn't he have anything better to do than pick on Boy Scouts and butcher ET?(Next thing you know he'll redo Duel so Dennis Weaver would be chased around the countryside by a solar powered VW Rabbit.)

"They didn't when I was a kid..." Oh! You must be referring to the parallel universe around the corner. My mistake.

That's strange. My son is in Scouts and they never asked about religious affiliation. You're quite right. As with a Scout's sexual orientation, the subject just doesn't come up unless brought up by the Scout himself. I guess it is kind of a 'don't ask, don't tell' set up. I think all of this stems from that case where the Scout made a public stink about it, and the BSUSA kicked him out.
Boy Scouts talk about 'reverence', but I've never noticed any requirement for any particular religious belief. The Scouts offer awards which could be earned for many different denominations. There are several Indian boys in our son's troop who are possible Hindi.
This is just another attempt to try to diminish the influence of the Boy Scouts nationally. Somehow I don't think folks outside of the media are going to take the opinion of Steven Spielberg very seriously

I resigned from the Boy Scouts because they excluded gays from scouting Cool! Looks like the ban is working pretty well.
To: Paul Atreides
They should kick him out.
To: Paul Atreides
Why don't "they" start a boys club the encompasses their beliefs?
Surely with so many parents that share their beliefs it out to quickly eclipse the BSA in membership and prestige.
Right?

Cool! Looks like the ban is working pretty well. Boy Scouts is many times safer for my sons than is my (Catholic) Church, with its priestly homosexual molestation and rape of a couple of thousand teenage boys. My Church should adopt Boy Scout policies - no homosexual men with teenage boys, two adults with kids at all times, and explicit warnings to boys about the dangers of teenage molestation. Of course, my Church can't even acknowledge the nature of the problem to begin with. Boy Scouts puts kids first (despite the relentless PC attacks). My Church puts the welfare of kids last.

Why don't "they" start a boys club the encompasses their beliefs? The homosexual atheists club - Oh, I forgot, that's Hollywood.
To: Paul Atreides
He is free to start the "Godless gay-scouts" whenever he pleases.

"The BSA is better off without him."
You've got that right. Looks to me that the Boy Scouts are becoming the epicenter of the culture war.
