President Bush and First Lady Laura are with their children and relatives at Camp David to celebrate Christmas. Today, Bush called nine American service men and women to thank them for their service to our country.
In the spirit of Christmas, this thread is devoted to Christmas wishes for the President and each other, as we celebrate the birthday of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Yeah, well......if it weren't Christmas Eve, I'd have a really really good comeback for that, but I'll try to be nice. For tonight.

Merry Christmas to you and to our awesome President! What a beautiful Christmas message this year. I am so proud to see him acknowledge our Savior Jesus Christ as the true meaning of Christmas. May our Lord bless President Bush by continuing to encourage and strengthen him, and giving him suoernatural protection against his enemies and the enemies of our country. May we all have a blessed new year!

The Merriest Christmas ever to you all ...
In a few days I will be spending the last few days with my nephew before he ships out for Qutar. Waiting at home will be a wife and 2 little girls. We will continue to surround him with our prayers for his safety.

**I am so proud to see him acknowledge our Savior Jesus Christ as the true meaning of Christmas. May our Lord bless President Bush by continuing to encourage and strengthen him, and giving him supernatural protection against his enemies and the enemies of our country.**
Can't add anything to that but...Amen! <><

I pray this time before he ships out will be one of joy, albeit bittersweet. What a blessing he has a loving family to encourage and support him.

You'll like this story.
My best friend and her family headed to Indiana for Christmas today, but before she left, she was fretting that she wasn't sure how to make it seem Santa visited while they were gone. Her little girl is 4 and was very worried that Santa wouldn't visit if they weren't in the house. So, since I am checking in on their pets, I decided to put all the gifts under the tree this evening so that when they get home tomorrow, the little girl will know Santa was there.
She even asked me to put out cookies for Santa since she forgot. Of course, I will be sure to take a bite out of a few and leave a thank you note from the jolly St. Nick himself.

Merry Christmas to you, too, rin - and to all of the Bush supporters here who are celebrating tonight and tomorrow. We have been given a man of integrity in the Oval Office, and I am so thankful for that this Christmas. God bless you all!
