Mrs. James and her son were arrested by Border Patrol Agents Keith Olson and Raymond Ruiz, who recommended them for immediate deportation after the woman said she and her son had been stowaways on a ship that arrived in Miami.

The agents' recommendation for immediate deportation was overturned by the INS when Mrs. James told a contradictory story about how she and her son had been smuggled into the United States.

Mrs. James originally told Border Patrol Agents Keith Olson and Raymond Ruiz that she and her son were smuggled into the US aboard a ship (see I-213 narrative by Agent Olsen)

Agent Olson incorrectly classified her and her son as stowaways on the I-213.

The classification was not overturned, it was changed because Mrs. James and her son were not properly classified and never told anyone they stowed away on a ship. BP agents do not charge anyone, they make recommendations and turn them over to the Deportation Officer who makes the final charge and decides to prosecute or not.

The problem here is the INS policy to allow certain classifications of illegal aliens to be set free on bond. No alien should be released, once apprehended, regardless of how they entered the country.

They should be detained and removed form the country immediately, unless they can show immediate proof that their lives would be in jeopardy upon returning to their home country.

Talk about locking the barn door after the horse gets out! This is the equivalent of every horse at the Kentucky Derby escaping, and then the stable police announcing that they've recovered a mouse that lived there.

Once Ms. James is back in Jamaica or Antigua, I wonder how long she will be able to draw breath.

I must keep an eye on the Jamaica Observer and the Antiqua Sun.

There is another woman (a Ms Ascot) presently being detained in Antigua for another one of Muhammad's passport frauds. LE is also searching for a couple of males in Antigua that are suspected of being accomplishes of Muhammad.

Bye-bye Una James.

Too little too late you INS bastards.

Next deport the Tancredo kid, and then every Muslim past their Visa, then every Mexican without documentation...HINT: nail them when they go to get their illegal "Consulate ID".

I guess the INS took a little time off from trying to deport widows who lost their legal status after their husbands were killed in the World trade center.

The agents' recommendation for immediate deportation was overturned by the INS when Mrs. James told a contradictory story about how she and her son had been smuggled into the United States. Within weeks of his release, Mr. Malvo was on the road with Mr. Muhammad.

And the families of the dead victims must be asking, Why is the INS so eager to protect the non-existent rights of illegals who border-crash their way into America?
