Sweetliberty is a Keeper-FReeper, I'm sure all will agree. Never has she made me sorry for bringing her here, and she never will.
Thanks for the kind words Sweetie, here and elsewhere. You strenghten my patience and boost my resolve.;-)

I specifically remember Ratty telling Mo that in order to live up to her honorary southerner status, she had to eat her grits....sort of a cultural osmosis sort of thing.
Thank you for stopping by catpuppy. I hope that nasty ol' Florida sun isn't being too hard on your delicate skin.
HA! .. I do so eat grits .. and guess what .. I like them .. I really really like them
Now that sausage gravey thingy .. that is just plain gross looking .. LOL
:-) Thanks, daisyfriend.
How is your weather down there? We are getting ready to batten down the hatches here. The storm is working it's way down the state from up north. It's been raining lightly here, but just talked to my son in Tracy and he says they are getting a torrential downpour up there. And, from what I hear there is another storm behind this one. That's good. We can use the rain and the snow pack in the mountains. :-)
We are so blessed to have Finest Ones like you, sweetliberty.
I was so pleased that you chose Lynne Cheney's book as your prize the other day..a wonderful gift for Tyler....
Cracked up on them a few times too.
Still like SHAGGY best of all, especially in her holiday finery...
Dansy, great interview and presentation, as always. Thank you for the probing questions and resultant profile.
SweetLiberty-it is a pleasure to "meet" you. Your story of your Nanny was particularly touching. We called our Southern Granny "Mammy" and I have the sweetest memories of visiting her and helping her with her garden, which was the "bestest" I have ever seen. We used to go outside early in the morning and pick tomatoes, corn-all sorts of veggies and then make vegetable soup...it was so yummy. She grew great flowers too. Thanks for helping me recall that precious time.
I hope you enjoyed your day as one of FR's Finest because you are, you know.
I owe ya, CC - - -
