Tell us how crowded/not crowded it was when you went to vote!
Did you see voter fraud and what is the talk about exit polling and the possible outcome?

What basis?

The last "official" report I saw was an hour ago from the LA Secretary of State: projected turnout of 45 percent, somewhat less than expected in Central and Northeastern Louisiana, a "steady trickle" in New Orleans. Anybody have an idea what this means?

someone should put a ten minute countdown ticker at 8:50Not if half the democratic voters are at Big Easy watering holes and an injunction will be needed to keep the polls open to after 'Last Call'.

In South Dakota, it would seem that some 1540 votes were stolen in Shannon County, some 560 in Todd, and nearly 500 elsewhere in the state.
Interestingly, Shannon [the bleak Pine Ridge Indian Reservation] reported exactly twice, that is from 1559 to 3118, the number of total votes cast as were cast in the 2000 election.
The best statistical reconstructions indicate that there is a net switch of about 1600 votes to Johnson, so that if there had been no fraud, Thune would have won by some 1100 votes, probably just about twice exactly what Johnson is said to have right now.

Have you heard whether Thune is going to make a go at Daschle's seat in '04. That's what I'm praying for. As a Minnesotan without a U.S. Senate race in '04, Thune would be my official "adopted" candidate. (Sorry, I know this is O.T.)

I was 10 years old before I found out who won the 2002 Senate race in Louisiana.See, you're trying to be a wiseguy now and talk in the past tense, when everybody else knew that scott from (I forget where) was speaking in the present tense.
Maybe, and this is only a suggestion, you might want to acquaint yourself with some Baptist in between your Zen meditations.
