Hmmmm. The terrorists get free publicity. I reckon we'll see the Mirror in the UK get cranked up again with "Torture" headlines- or maybe not.
There are worse things. The last time I rode a C-130, I fell asleep. When I woke up, the Joes to either side of me were using me for a pillow- they were snuggled right in there, mouths open and drooling. I had to shake them both awake and we had one of those "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" moments (ala Candy and Martin in the motel- Candy thought his hands were between two pillows).

Hey, that's how U.S. servicemen travel. Well, without the chains and hoods...
My son spent many a long flight on those cold floors during his eight years in the Navy. It's not pleasant, the plane reeks of fuel, the noise is incredible, and you sleep however you can.
Of course, if you're a spitting, biting al-Quaeda member, you get the hood and the diaper.
