Ladies, I don't think we are going to have to worry about Mister Lott. Since he doesn't SEEM to have his own, someone has LOANED him a set. :)I do think the difference will be amazing to behold. :) We shall see. Remember, it's only a LOAN. :)

Thank you very much.
There will always be a special place in my heart for the Mountain State, and I have made many, many dear lifelong friends here.
But tomorrow, it's time for me to head back to SD and see what I can contribute to laying the groundwork for defeating Daschle in 04.
I'm glad to know that I will have a Republican Congressman, a Republican Governor, and am praying, hoping and believing that I will be represented by a Republican in the Senate, Senator John Thune.
As a side note, my old friend, Steve King, became the Congressman from Iowa's Fifth District tonight. Watch for him to be a rising conservative star in the House...he is one of the most talented legislators I have ever known. He's a great leader, and a great strategist.
I entered the political arena in Steve's office in Odebolt, Iowa, when I attended my first precinct caucus. In fact, I ran against him for precinct chairman, and beat him! ;-) LOL...
But I'm very pleased to see him prevail...I think he won with something like 65% of the vote. That's progress for our country.

Night everyone! (GREAT night, that is!)
(Howlin, didn't I tell you all day long not to worry about Liddy getting elected; rest easy)

That was the MN race in 3363...I'm not completely confident in the results here yet...many, many, many votes to be counted in heavily Democratic areas, including much of Hennepin, Ramsey Counties (Minneapolis and St. Paul). St. Paul should fall for Norm, but Ramsey County only has 72/178 precints reporting and Mondale has a 20,000 vote lead within the county.

And to think we were prepaired for massive voter fraud,Republican poll watcher caught alot of it! The Rat lawyers are suing the poll watchers. The law suits over this election will be flying for some time to come!

There will be a LOT to 'deconstruct' from tonight. For the first time in a VERY VERY LONG time, Republicans in Missouri control both the State House and Senate. Missouri has always been a battleground state......evenly divided between Republicans and RATS. Not tonight! NEVER AGAIN! You know what that means .. This country is starting to wake up
Thank Goodness

In reference to the DU post, when I talk to Democrats, even half-way intelligent ones (not like the guy in the post), it's like talking to your teenager who just doesn't get it.

Coleman's lead in MN just gets bigger with time. Daschle may yet steal SD, but MN looks very good for Repubs.

This is because they voted in the biggest asshole of all times - Slick Willy, the TRIPOTUS with an infamous legacy and the all-time king of the most powerful crime-sluts-for-hire in the history of our planet!!!!!!
Tough titties, DemoRat followers. You reap what you sow!

That's what makes tonight all the more delicious! We won, even despite the fraud! Makes you wonder what the numbers would've been if it had been a clean fight!

Hey Oregon Voters
Mannix is still on top (about 100 votes or so)
Would be very cool if Oregon got a Republican Governor.
At least we may have one west coast state with a (R) in the Governors Mansion.
My County in Washington State did well, though Zarelli failed to oust Baird in the US Congressional race. :~( Olympia brought us down (can't they get stuck up with Seattle!)
How is the rest of the State doing? I see Superior Court Judge Pos. 3 may go Jim Johnson! That would be great!

Wow --- it is a good thing you "cleaned up" that DU message to us. It almost burned a hole in my screen as it was!

The rudder is broken Captain, who will be able to repair it?
It is 2:25 AM EST, and I sit here with tears in my eyes realizing my worst possible fears have come true. The basis for everything that is evil in politics have come to again control our political landscape. No matter how the races in Minnesota and South Dakota shake out, the indictment of our party leaders for their failure to mobilize our base and convience the undecided that the agenda of the B*** White House will destroy this great land is undeniable.
How is it posssible that as a party, the Democrats can retake many key Governorships and yet not only lose seats in the House, but lose control of the Senate? Who will explain this to me? I can no longer, as a registered Democrat, support the policies and promises of Terry McAuliffe, Dick Gephardt, and Tom Daschle. They played a dangerous game of chicken with B***, and lost. They forgot who they represented, and gave him complete contol of our political system. For the next two years, unless a miracle occurs, we as a people will be subject to the most complete destruction of our Democracy imaginable, and we have no one to blame but our directionless leadership. They vasilated on the key issues, conceeded to B*** to placate him, and were devoured by the the lies and corrupt policies of a madman, which will affect us all for the rest of our lives. God help us all.
If you read this today, and still think that our leadership deserves our support, then you will know why we failed. There is no longer time for compromise, only combat. They took no prisoners and gave no quarter in their victory, and we should adopt a scortched earth policy if we are to survive as a political party, and as Americans.

Tomorrow's NY Times headline:
HARVEY PITT RESIGNS IN DISGRACE!
To: Mo1
Buzzzzzzzzzzz.........wrong!
The absolutely, positively BEST, most delicious part of tonight is knowing that Bill Clinton is absolutely DYING because Bush has beat him HANDS down BIG TIME in ALL the things that Clinton thinks are important: money-raising; winning elections; job approval ratings.
Clinton wanted to be "most popular" president EVER.....and now here Bush has gone and showed him up; people actually LIKE Bush.
Bush made HISTORY tonight in this win.
The country actually LIKES Bush as a person.
And without ONE SINGLE SCANDAL or even hint of one in almost TWO YEARS.
It must be killing Clinton.
And THAT makes ME very, very happy.

In regards to those "blue" areas on the CA map...That threat from the ChiCom General about not trading L.A. for Taipei...I was never bothered by it, and hoped that there was enough to get San Fransicko too.
To: wirestripper
Republican poll watcher caught alot of it! The Rat lawyers are suing the poll watchers. The law suits over this election will be flying for some time to come! You are right .. We need to keep and eye on what is going on with that and not forget them
THANK YOU POLL WATCHERS!!!

I just heard the Dufus on the radio.
he sounds reaaaaallllllyyyyyyy tired. He's got a LOT of work to do. It's not like he ran away with this thing.

"Thune precincts are coming in steadily. There haven't been any Johnson precincts for a while."
It gives me that same feeling as the 2000 elections. The dems wait and see how many they are losing by and then a big rush of votes in there favor get released by there die hard polling places.
