---------This is my personal favorite DU death-cry------------
I'm gay. I feel ready to bawl my eyes out. Within two years, I'll be in jail because I'm gay.
Or I'll be in jail because I downloaded an .mp3 once upon a time.
Or I'll be in jail for life for smoking pot.
Or I'll be fired for being gay.
Or I'll lose my home for being gay (really, about a year ago we had an ordinance proposal in my town that would have allowed this to legally occur, it got defeated, but STILL)
Or I'll have to start paying all my utilities to send me a bill, like they do in NYC and the surrounding areas
Or I'll not be able to read Salon or DU because they've been shut down by the fascists
Or any number of 'crimes' that I don't yet know about.
Hitler won. It's only a matter of time before I'm killed for the way I live my life.
God, please, please, PLEASE @#&^ (edited) America up the ass with broken glass. The sheeple deserve it.

He gets a bigger audience on NBC network coverage compared with ANY cable news outlet. Also, Rush talks about having a solid professional relationship with Tim Russert. That probably influenced Rush and NBC execs.Rush is also pretty close to Brian Williams. NBC News is the least RAT and most fair of the Big Three networks, by far.

Looks like low class to me.

No..because the dims are in line 3 on the NY ballot and loose a lot of committee, staff and other perks in NY. Is this true? I thought Golisano would have to finish runner-up to Pataki for this to happen. Last I saw, McCall seemed to be a shoo-in for second place.

Wacth for the f-ing media too downplay the BUSH-ROVE factor I am seeeing it locally already. I wish we did not have all these local feeds. I wanted too see Blather cry his eye's out.

"If Jean Carnahan had been gracious enough to confirm John Ashcroft as Attorney General,"
I sure can't agree that Ashcroft has been good for American Justice.

Good for you...I'm walking into..nope, never mind. Norm is having 'alone' time. I'll let him know and I KNOW he is extremely grateful to the entire base's hard, passionate work. KEEP PRAYING because the 25s for Senate in Hennepin and Anoka counties are being stacked. Trying to get to the bottom of some irregularities in Hennepin's odd turnout numbers. I'm heading over to verify a few things with some of the gang and will be back in half an hour. Ape-out.

Just watch the stockmarket tomorrow.
While in my heart I feel it will soar, that's not usually the case. The markets like certainty, and when one party has all of the power, there is less certainty. Divided houses mean gridlock, which means that's one less thing for the market to bet on.

Oh yes. That is another reason I want the other seats. Plenty of cushion in case of "weak kneed, groveling, don't know what they believe, want to get along, centrist, or whatever word they call traitors these days," choose to jump ship. I think the people who voted for these folks mean business. We'll see if the elected ones believe that. :)

my wife and children are probably wondering what i'm doing, sitting downstairs laughing out loud...

So many people saying so many prayers during these past few months that His will be done, put in Godly leaders, remove those who are harmful to our society, and for Blessings and guidance for our President during this election. Thank you, Lord. You are able to do so much more than we even dream to ask. Last prayer: Lord please make us what you want us to be.

I like Juan, but I think he has nothing positive to talk about concerning Democrats. He's got to think up something for the Democrats when their party is in disarray nationally.

Hey U :) Are you delirious like the rest of us ?

My Ma lives in VT. This is all gonna kill her. I embarassed her when we were all out to dinner and we ran into Jeffords after his treachery. I responded to his "Oh Come and Adore Me" wink with an Eye-talian salute over a plate of Kung-pao something or nuther.

Do we get it NOW???????

Juan Williams just said that Dems have been centrist and cooperating with Bush agenda?
I must be too tired to have really understood him.
To: Howlin
No, not smashed to death, just beat in this round.
Strategically Bush pulled off an incredible victory, but these were close races, not mandates. In fact I am convinced that with better candidates and better campaign strategy the Dems could have picked up a couple of seats(or more) in the Senate, instead of losing what appears to be a clean sweep in the Senate(they didn't beat Hutchinson, he beat himself and too many conservatives abandoned him). While maybe not the WH, the Dems could win back seats in both chambers in '04. Hopefully they won't figure out how, but we still have quite the uphill battle.
But Rove and Bush have proven they know how to methodically win the tough battles. A great evening tonight, and I am confident that they can now move forward and continue to reshape public perception of the GOP and conservatives.
