No..because the dims are in line 3 on the NY ballot and loose a lot of committee, staff and other perks in NY. Is this true? I thought Golisano would have to finish runner-up to Pataki for this to happen. Last I saw, McCall seemed to be a shoo-in for second place.
McCall IS the 2nd-placer in the NY Gov. race. The Dems will get the second line on the ballot for the next four years.
