To me, the Ryan numbers are the biggest shock of all.

Most other pollsters and pundits give him no chance of winning. Zogby shows him ahead -- and he is a Pubbie.

And legitimate polling companies get their names from real registered voters from the Board of Election not asking if they are registered too!

You 100% correct about the heads up on the fraud by Zogby! Those FL numbers had to be based on fraud when he switched.

Anyone that takes Zogby to heart now better think again!

WOW! I think he's wrong in every case. The only Senate race he's got for the GOP is Texas and he's got that by 1 point. Dead wrong. I think we win every race listed except NJ and we win big.

The New York Times published their Generic Poll this morning and it has the GOP leading 47-40. Britt Hume and the rest of the panel pretty much dismissed it as unreliable but I don't think so. I think Americans are genuinely fond of President Bush and are going to give a Congress he can work with. I think he's made a real difference in this election and we'll see for sure on Tuesday.

Zogby is really swimming upstream against every other polling firm you list.

I don't think Zogby cooks his polls; this is big business for him and his polling accuracy reputation is extremely important in getting new clients.

I guess we'll know in a couple of days, but he has been horribly wrong in many races in the past.

I think their could be something to your theory about Zogby somehow being able to factor in the voter fraud in certain races. I'm a little hopeful that Bush has the feds watching very closely in at least some of these areas.

He was the victim of large amounts of fraud in his presidential election - and he knew it. His team was preparing actions in several states while the election was being contested.

Even though they eventually dropped those actions to 'help the country come together' after the chaos of the election, I don't for a minute think he has forgotten. He just signed that voter bill and in his speech he did talk about protecting the integrity of our elections.

I pray that after the blatant fraud two years ago. The republican party is watching all key areas like a hawk and the feds are prepared to agressively defend our federal elections by prosecuting those that Peggy Noonan calls the 'traitors' who would attempt to subvert our free elections.

One more time -- Zogby flipped on FL right before the election. The closeness of Florida was caused by the enormous amount of fraud in S. Fl and calling FL for Gore before the Panhandle polls closed.

The only way he got that one right was to have been tipped to the fraud. His brother worked for the Gore campaign BTW!

Right, and Cornyn wouldn't even have to walk for that cake. Zogby's poll stats should be entertaining the day after the elections.

I hope Zogby's polls will energize the Republican turnout. I do think Zogby vastly overestimates minority turnout, especially when you consider that Yahoo's weather forecasts rain for all of Texas' major metropolitan areas (Houston, Dallas, San Antonio and Austin) except El Paso on Tuesday. Having said that, I hope that this Zogby poll is circulated on all email lists to get out every Republican vote in Texas.

Obviously, you'd know a helluva lot more about that than me. And I am terrible at predicting. The polls are awful close, and Cleland does seem to have trouble getting to 50% this late, which is usually death to an incumbant.

The fact that he is "a hard core arab supporter" may be the case, but I don't think he lets that get in the way of his polls. We all remember the "Portrait of America" polls in 2000 which were way off track on the presidential and senate races; where do you see POA today? My point is just that a professional polling agency can only be wrong so many times and then they're not going to get work; its not like the inhouse pollsters who are generally acknowledged to tip their samples five points in favor of their own candidates. For business reasons as much as professionalism, I don't think Zogby "cooks" his polls; he may be wrong but I can't believe its intentional.

Sorry, but if Zogby's numbers are based on tips of Dem fraud, why is Jeb's lead(in Zogby's poll) in FL so big?

Zogby has a special formula that adjusts for external factors such as fraud, first time voters, unexpected voters"...planned rat fraud, dead, multiple votes..."
The problem is, these fruadulent votes DO occur. I believe Rush was RIGHT last year about Mr. Bush winning by a good margin. Sadly, fraud overtook the legitimate vote. IMHO.
