*HOT* New Democratic Last-Ditch Plot To Steal Election. . . split conservatives (MUST READ)
Suddenly, many holding themselves out as Libertarians and conservatives have popped up, out of the blue, on a Friday before an election on Free Republic, other message boards, and talk radio with inane suggestions that Conservatives and Republicans throw out their votes and vote for Libertarians or for gridlock (Democrats).
Is this a desperate 11th hour attempt to damper the Republican vote and suppress the Republican base? If anyone was listening to the Sean Hannity show, this Democratic Strategy was very apparent.

This is DemocRAT Strategy. The RATs are also calling campaign offices and telling the offices that they have decided to vote for the DemocRAT instead because of a campaign ad or statement.
And they have hit the message boards and FR like crazy trying to depress votes. Tells me that RAT internals look as bad as we think!
We need to get out the vote and vote a straight Republican ticket to defeat Clinton DemocRATS!

it's a combination of the DemoncRATs and their persistently best helpers in maintaining power (the many supposed Libertarians who stand hard and fast for the principle that a frustratingly liberal Republican is far worse than a criminally socialist DemoncRAT)

That was a must read?
To: jmstein7
No, there have always been a few people at FreeRepublic who think that way. For them, it's got to be all or nothing. I can't speak about other message boards, but there hasn't been that much of a jump here. If anything, more Freepers are willing to hold their noses and vote Republican than usual, because they understand how important it is to keep Daschle out of power.

Throw it back in their faces, encourage the Wellstone Democrats that the Party really doesn't care about them, and to vote their conscience, vote Green.

I heard the guy on Hannity and he did not impress me as a libertarian.

Well, I think it's a pretty credible theory. The point is not to respond to any such threads here. Let them die by not respinding.

The guy on Hannity put himself out as a conservatives to try and peel off conservative votes. If you listened, them you know what I'm talking about.

Yes, I'll be holding my nose on Tuesday as I vote for nothing but R.I.N.O.'s. Here in the Peoples Republic of Connecticut there really is no difference between them. They are all tax and spend liberals( aka Communists).

Dreaming, overconfidence, and wishing, diminishes achieving the goal.

Kodos: It's true, we are aliens. But what are you going to do about it? It's a two-party system; you have to vote for one of us.
Man 1: He's right, this is a two-party system.
Man 2: Well, I believe I'll vote for a third-party candidate.
Kang: Go ahead, throw your vote away.
So don't blame me. I voted for Kodos!

I heard that guy on Hannity and thought the exact same thing!! What imbecile would call himself a conservative, say we should vote Democrat this year, and admit he voted for Clinton in 1996??? He sounded entirely too scripted and had no comeback when Hannity called him on it.
I don't frequent any other message borads so I cannot corroborate this happening elsewhere, but it sure would not surprise me. There are a lot of stupid young Rats that think pranks like this are fun and that they are doing something "for the cause" while getting to act like jackasses.

One of the classic Simpsons Halloween specials. They just aired it again last night. The aliens walking around in the guise of Dole and clinton holding hands ... exchanging protein strands the clinton-alien explains to the bewildered DNC handler. Too funny.
Oh, and one gigantic BUMP for a Republican Senate next week. Come hell or high water, everyone's going to vote and get other reliable people to do the same, right?

Freedom Is Not Free. We all need to get off our duffs and vote.

I am a broken glass republican again in this election !
I heard the guy on Hannity, and he is conservative like I am a liberal. Right!
VOTE FREEPERS!!!!

I noticed the thread here but have avoided going on it because I am in no mood for this kind of thing right now. It is more important than any other election in my lifetime that we get control of the Senate and keep the house. WE MUST DEFEAT THE DEMORATS AND GET CONTROL OF THE SENATE! Our very lives and freedoms depend on it. Any third party types who think there is not a difference between the parties haven't been paying attention. Flame away, I don't care.
