WASHINGTON, Oct. 23 (UPI) -- Police want to question two men in relation to the series of sniper attacks in the Washington area, police sources reported late Wednesday. The men were identified as John Lee Malvo, 17, a Jamaican citizen, and his stepfather, John Allen Williams, also known as Mohammed Williams, 40, a former soldier and Gulf War veteran.
