SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) - Kurt Evans issued a statement Thursday evening saying he was suspending his U.S. Senate campaign and giving his support to Republican John Thune.
Evans had qualified for the Nov. 5 ballot as a Libertarian candidate. He could not be reached for comment.

Good for him. Republicans and Libertarians have more in common than things they disagree about. In a race this close, Libertarian support is greatly appreciated.

Notice how this guy wasn't spiteful, unlike the lib who was supporting the Democrat.

Good for him. Running on the Libertarian line seems to bring out the worst in a lot of people. But this is a critical race, and this will certainly help make up for all those dead Indian votes.
