The Sultan is hereby declared -- unequivocally -- the winner.
As such & as prescribed by the terms therein of this wager, The Sultan is hereby entitled to one free lunch at the expense of Mudboy Slim wherever The Sultan chooses *&* for whatever suits The Sultans tastes.
(~this includes a 15% gratuity, Mudboy. ~just a *friendly* reminder to always treat *staff* properly.)
