FOXNEWS just reported that another shooting has happened in the DC area (Prince George?). A man was shot an killed at a gas station.

If this is not the sniper, then what? What's the motive?Not a robbery from all accounts. All that's left is a "hit" or gang-style "drive by". This doesn't seem to be your normal "drive by", neither in terms of the victim, nor the location of the shooting.

Wait until the facts come in. This could have been an angry husband / boyfriend going after the other guy, who knows at this point.

I'm left to conclude that shotgun or no shotgun, this is the same perp responsible for the other shootings. After cops said that kids were safe, he shot a kid. Now that everyone has been calling him/they a coward, he drives into a well lit, busy area and gets a littler more up close.

I am ready to conclude nothing yet.

Good Observation! I studied gang graffitti for a while in college. It's too bad they can't take their intelligence.. (note their "high level of sophisticated code language-hand signs, graffitti") and use it for something positive. THey don't have a clue. I hope you are wrong. For one guy to be doing this in the manner it has been done, it would have to be a "Mack Bolan" type, and if that is the case, we are screwed, unless we go to martial law & suspend the constitution.

Combining this with a possible ME terrorist situation, I wonder if this map pattern looks like anything in Arabic

My guess is that there is no pattern on the map but rather they wanted to get out of town after the heat went up from the school shooting just like they went to Virginia last Friday after the Thursday spree. I think they chose West of DC because they haven't been that way yet. Going to a relatively unaffected area would be safer for the shooter and have easier targets who weren't as cautious.
