FOXNEWS just reported that another shooting has happened in the DC area (Prince George?). A man was shot an killed at a gas station.
Terrorism fits into this scenario more than any other profile I've heard from the so-called experts. It's not some lone gunman from the hills terrorizing the midwest. It's DC - the capital. The tapes you refer to specifally address DC and NY. They want media attention - by doing a night snipe in the DC area he gets live international coverage.
If it is indeed related, then the driver-shooter team switched again tonight. The best shooter, the one who shoots from inside the van, never misses and always kills his victim with a shot to the head, is back... The less skilled one who was driving tonight is the one who goes outside the van to shoot and whose victims survive.
I'm left to conclude that shotgun or no shotgun, this is the same perp responsible for the other shootings. After cops said that kids were safe, he shot a kid. Now that everyone has been calling him/they a coward, he drives into a well lit, busy area and gets a littler more up close.
It has to be the same guy.

The Price William Police spokesman said the white van was an early report put out by the Virginia State Police and they could not verify that information.

I think alignment of the shot from a truck is their first priority then getaway access to a road. Just like in their plan on the film. This is gonna be a tough one.

Maybe that is the jewish perspective, but from a christian perspective it is clear that it is Christ who will judge. as can be seen in this passage from Act 10

You must be a Yankee. If so, you are allowed to spell it "Bull Run". There were a couple little skirmishes there during the war between the states. We won both of them.
That is where Stonewall Jackson earned his nickname. It was actually awarded to his battalion by General Bee, but it stuck to Jackson. Bee got killed.
There's a cute story about Jackson from out of the war with Mexico. He set up a cannon in front of a fort. It was close to suicide, but he managed to survive it. Not by much though.
Asked later why he didn't pull back, be responded something to the effect that he wasn't ordered to pull back.
Combining this with a possible ME terrorist situation, I wonder if this map pattern looks like anything in Arabic.
