I'm left to conclude that shotgun or no shotgun, this is the same perp responsible for the other shootings. After cops said that kids were safe, he shot a kid. Now that everyone has been calling him/they a coward, he drives into a well lit, busy area and gets a littler more up close.

It has to be the same guy.

Wait until the facts come in. This could have been an angry husband / boyfriend going after the other guy, who knows at this point.

No it don't. We should know for sure tomorrow. I still say, if there was a shotgun involved, this was not the sniper guy.....
