actually most of the female news anchors and news reporters wear those here in the NY Metro area. It's the new style I guess.

No, actually most of the female news reporters and anchors wear those sweaters on their shoulders like that. It's very popular in the NY Metro area. I see it every day when watching the news.

Looks brown, with black shoes! She sure has fashion sense.

Yes, the tied sweater was a preppy fashion, but, to my knowledge (having never been preppy, I hasten to add), the sweater was never tied over a PANTSUIT JACKET THAT ALSO WAS BUTTONED UP.
Wasn't it always over a button-down shirt with the sleeves casually rolled up or something like that? Remember the famous photo of JFK strolling on a beach with a sweater tied around his neck, his shirt sleeves and pants rolled up as he walked in the waves?
Wasn't the point to have a "wrap" available in case an Autumn wind or offshore breeze came up, or in case the sun set early on the polo match and a chill came over one's picnic, or having the top down on the Jag-u-ar resulted in the need to slip into a cozy pullover?
Sorry, I just can't get over the combination of the sweater with the jacket. The sweater cannot be put on over the jacket. It cannot be put on under the jacket. It is just sitting there serving the function of a massively large and bulky . . . what, necktie?
AND HRC WEARS THIS ALL YEAR 'ROUND, EVEN IN 90+ DEGREE HEAT.
What does she do in winter or when it rains? Wear a bulky suit jacket buttoned up over a sweater top, tie a pullover sweater around her neck, put a raincoat over the jacket and the pullover, then put a winter coat over the raincoat and the pullover and the jacket and the sweater top??
How many layers does this woman need?
Excuse me. I hate fashion emergencies.
And, yes, I agree that the jacket+pullover atrocity detracts attention, however briefly, from the unwashed hair. Yuck.

Nobody will sit with the queen bee? Imagine the stench is pretty severe. You probably are aware that one of the things the campaign workers for Bubba in Arkansas used to say is that Hillary smelled horrendous!
To: ladyinred
I can smell those hoofs a mile away! PHEWW!!

If that sounds rough just recall all of the names the press used for Nancy Reagan and Margaret Thatcher...

Is this subway for real? What did the taxpayers pay for this? And, why did the senate need one?
