I know that was the good thread. I was hoping to keep that one up. But then I saw that this one was first so that is probably why they kept this one. : (

I guess this gives us a few days to get the Democrat leadership to go on the record supporting this before they get smacked down?

We ought not politicize politics! We ought not play games with our elections!

If it works in NJ, it might be in any state in the USA.....with a losing Dem candidate.

We can forget free elections in the future. It will be election by the party of thugs, with the most judges in their pocket. Considering how the Dems are blocking President Bush from seating judges, considering that most lawyers and judges vote Democrat, we can forget about it. We look like third world thugs.

Unreal. Abusolutely shameful. They're doing it right in front of our eyes, and nobody has broken out the tar or feathers.

I am sorry that earlier today I said don't worry about how the oral arguments go, they've made up their minds (2 "judges" of the 7 each gave $1,000 to Torricelli last year and didn't recuse themselves) and the vote would be 6-1. Well, turns out its 7-0 and I am sorry I thought that one judge would recognize the plain language of the law.

Unanimous, says Carl Cameron.

Judge Napolitano on Fox predicted that, or maybe one dissenter.

NJ Democratic machine is filled with Sore Losermen.

Aren't there any other candidates for Torricelli's seat besides Lautenberg and Forrester? If there are....what about their rights? Is this some move to derail a third party candidate who might have drained votes from a Democratic candidate? (ala Nader hurting Gore)

Unanimous, says Carl Cameron.

Expect to hear the RATS yammering this talking point 'til your ears bleed! "Even the Republicans on this court did the right thing here! It was UNANIMOUS!

Keane's and Whitman's mushy middle weinies feel the need for "unity" when they're setting precedent you see. I think I'm gonna be sick!
