To: America's Resolve
I am sorry that earlier today I said don't worry about how the oral arguments go, they've made up their minds (2 "judges" of the 7 each gave $1,000 to Torricelli last year and didn't recuse themselves) and the vote would be 6-1. Well, turns out its 7-0 and I am sorry I thought that one judge would recognize the plain language of the law.

I think he caved to pressure from the others to be unanimous on this.

Yah. Hate to throw stones, but you prolly should have known that whenever there's a Dem candidate in trouble, ALL stops are pulled to save their asses. BAR NONE!

Why bother to have laws? 51 days doesn't mean anything. It was only implemented by the ELECTED representatives of the people of the state. Not important.

Nah. Don't take it personally. You'd think that of 2 Repubs up there, at least one would have said, "NO! NONONONONO! I WON'T go along with this travesty of justice, traditional unanimous decisions be damned!"
