Ok folks, here's a lesson for all of us (actually a reiteration of a lesson). Watch closely your state Supreme Court Judges. If they are elected, fire the judicial activists! If they are appointed oversee the appointments very closely. The RATS sure have done their job in at least 2 states.

Shine the light on YOUR state Supreme Court before somthing like this happens to you.

Quick! Dump Simon using the "gee, I don't think I can win" clause and replace him with Schwarzenegger.

This takes away from the Democrats, completely, the angle of having Toricelli resign - and McGreedy replacing him and canceling the election (until next year).

Now there will be an election, no questions asked.

And frankly (pun intended), Lautenberg can be beaten by Forrester.

"The law should be LIBERALLY construed ..."

It has been. This was a foregone conclusion.

There is no law in this country any more for any non liberal/Democrap.

God help us all!

It sounds like something our enemies would call us.

FYI: Our enemies(DU, Capital Grilling) call us repugs, as in repugnant.

Interesting that Latenburg knew about the 6pm release so he could kick off his campaign.

NJ Supreme Court: "The statute should be liberally interpreted..."

As Hugh Hewitt said just now, in other words, it should be "interpreted in favor of the liberals."
