AG says in his opinion would be administratively feasible to change name.

But backtracks and says ultimately up to County clerks to determine.

Justice asks what if we start down that road and say it is not feasible.

There's a provision in the state law that allows parties to replace their candidates (within the time limit, of course).

Not just voters have been screwed, but candidates, too! See the following:

Just the fact that they have let this go on this long without tossing the Dems out on their butts makes me think this is not going to be good for the GOP

You nailed it.

The court seems to have agreed where they want to go (change the ballot) and right on to whether it is "administratively feasible."

You are so right! This is so rigged! Anyone know what time the Pubs are due up?

Have the Pubbies even come up yet?

It's NJ, they don't have a right to argue their side.

Proposed Judge Question:

What happens if half of the County Clerks think it is possible, and the other half says "NO WAY!"

What is the RATs reason why Torricelli can't serve other than he said he is not running.

AG holds SC justice's hands, tells them these types of decisions are made by them everyday. He's trying to sounds non-partisan, but it isn't working very well.

Did anyone run against Torrecelli in the 'rat primary? If someone did and lost and is now not chosen to represent the party, that candidate has been disenfranchised.

I would like the NJSC to open this line of questioning.

The old grey haired lady judge is totally sympathetic and feeding lines to the dem side of the issue. She suggested that color coded ballots could work, she keeps harping on using faxes to vote, and she brought up the language in NY law that states if a candidate drops out it represents a fatal event and noted that NJ law doesnt say that. Her vote is clear.

Am I insane, or wouldn't it follow that if the rat lawyer
says the Justices shouldn't consider the reasons
why the candidate quits the race, then in 3 weeks if
Forrester's poll numbers are behind HE can pull a bait
and switch, too??
This is just nuts.

I hereby nominate Howlin to run for U.S. Senator from New Jersey. Please make this "administratively doable" thing happen. Thank you.
