It seems like an attack on Iraq is coming soon.
Place your bet as to when the attack will begin.
Whoever gets closest to the date and time wins.
Attack time must be specified in Month, Day, Year, Hour, and Minute
For the hour, don't forget to specify what time zone you are referring to.
There is no decision on a prize to be awarded yet except for bragging rights.

I am still sticking to
Jan. 29, 2003 at 11:50 pm Iraq time.
However, I think I might be about 2.5 - 3 hours too early.
It depends on the time of flight to targets and if more than one sortie will be flown by each f117 that night. But then this is just a wild guess anyway.

Wild guess. Sounds like you could name the pilots of the F-117's.

I only Know what I read on FR and see on FOX news.
I'm just looking at Lunar phases and figuring that (if I were planning the operation) I would want to have three or four days with no moonlight to take out air defenses and to hit command facilities.
I expect an air campaign of just over a week. The ground campaign will probably be considerably different than last time.

Oh, I wasn't expecting you to explain. Your sources or reasons for your choice are none of my business.
I was just trying to make a friendly supportive remark, and had no guesses my self.

We are very close here, my friend. I have it at Feb 10, 2003 at noon:30 PST. I don't have a problem with the 7th or the weekend either for that matter but monday the 10th just feels right to me for some reason. If you are right then that is ok with me as it means that we get this thing done 3 days earlier and the sooner the better from where I sit.
GOD Bless

Place your bet as to when the attack will begin......... No more than 12 hours after USA Today polling shows
bush's favorable approval numbers below 50%

Most Americans favor giving inspectors more time in Iraq
Jan. 25 With the United Nations weapons inspectors first major report due on Monday, Americans are increasingly reluctant to take military action against Iraq, according to a new NEWSWEEK poll. About four out of five polled (81 percent) want the United States to join its major allies and get full U.N. support before possibly attacking Iraq, and a majority approve of giving U.N. weapons inspectors more time to search for banned weapons.
Just days before his Jan. 28 State of the Union address, Bushs overall approval rating, while still fairly strong at 55 percent, continues to decline........

Here's the kicker. Saddam strikes first after his CBW weapons stocks are exposed.

You're all a bunch of sick, genocidal narcissists, having a pool on when a war will start. You think it's a ballgame. You sit in your cushy living rooms, watching the propaganda, while people are blown to bits and burned alive. You must have tortured animals as kids, and are now fans of Limbaugh and G. Gruesome Hideous. KILL, KILL, KILL, for the US of A, only it's not for the USA. It's pre-emptive mass murder for the entertainment of the USAAA, the Unanimous State of Amnesia, Abulia, and Apathy. It's easier to wave the flag than to read the Constitution! The yahoos who want this war probably couldn't find Iraq on a map three months ago.

Being here only one day, you know little about the people who participate in FreeRepublic. I suggest that your points would be taken more seriously if you controlled your emotions, even a little.
Otherwise, I recommend you take your hatred elsewhere. It's not healthy.
