Attack time must be specified in Month, Day, Year, Hour, and Minute

There is no decision on a prize to be awarded yet except for bragging rights.

I missed my November 7th choice. I'll stick with my first thought of January 17, 2003. If I have to narrow it down to a time of day I'll choose 8:00 p.m. EST.

I wish it was sooner but it looks like we may play games with Iraq for a couple months.
