It's sorta like trying to converse with Murrymom. GOODGAWD, we've seen what it would be like to have Murrymom on a jury. I gotta get outta here, too. IRREGARDLESS of any "facts" that someone may pull outta their a** to prove westerfield's innocence.

Of course it did...especially on a jury that wasn't sequestered the week Samantha Runnion was kidnapped, raped, killed, and dumped nude by the side of the road - not more than 150 miles from where Danielle lived.

Kim, You have done great work and stuck to your guns. I commend you for that. I think most of the DW defenders like myself expected either guilty or hung jury. I am a long time freeper ( add long over a year to my sign on date). I am also a conservative activist who has worked on campaigns when I have time and led a charge over 2 years ago in NY to make sure HIllary was not elected.

I have done my best on conservative issues when I can. I have 2 young kids and a great hubby. I am sorry we do not agree on DW, I wish we could. I simply am just not convinced this is the guy. Perhaps crazy but even your posts have not swayed me from that conviction and I have tried and tried again. MY husband believes he is the guy but I know he has not followed case at all other than what I tell him or the media tells him in that little sniplet. Perhaps he just likes to disagree with me.

Anyway bottom line is I just dont believe this is the guy. I have tried hard to believe it him. When I first came on these threads it was to defend the Van Dam family with no notice of DW guilt. As time has gone on I cant help but blame VD family for the position they are in today.

All families in this case are ruined. Very sad. I dont find today justice for Danielle.

Jaded - actually I was responding to those uninformed posters who didn't know that Westerfield had child pornography on his computer and those who did not know there was blood evidence and DNA that directly connected Westerfield and Danielle.

You're using circular logic. We know that virtually all of the kiddie porn creeps use Windows, but we need to determine why they are attracted to a Microsoft operating system for their sick lifestyle. This pattern needs to be publicized so that the public can recognize the warning signs of a potential child molester.

The point is that YOU were not a part of the jury, so have nothing to back up your claim, except what you saw on TV.
The jury, on the other hand, was privy to all of the evidence, and came to the proper verdict.

Per testimony: Westerfield's motorhome was unlocked often. You think the neighborhood kids wouldn't check it out? Especially a little girl that was used to being away from the parents (Brenda left Danielle in a changing room once to go to *another store*)?

Now, why couldn't the defense find a kid to say that they had been in the motorhome snooping around? Perhaps none of the parents would let their kids testify - especially on behalf of a man the SDPD had convinced them was a child molestor/murderer.

Let's assume that you're correct. Westerfield raped and then killed Danielle. Shouldn't there be more physical evidence than they found? There should be prints everywhere and DNA everywhere. They found 1 (ONE) fingerprint near a cabinet and a spot of DNA which may (or may not) have been blood.

You need to read the testimony. And by the way, Nancy Grace is the Court TV wench that has been calling for Westerfield's head since the beginning of the trial.
