Kim, You have done great work and stuck to your guns. I commend you for that. I think most of the DW defenders like myself expected either guilty or hung jury. I am a long time freeper ( add long over a year to my sign on date). I am also a conservative activist who has worked on campaigns when I have time and led a charge over 2 years ago in NY to make sure HIllary was not elected.
I have done my best on conservative issues when I can. I have 2 young kids and a great hubby. I am sorry we do not agree on DW, I wish we could. I simply am just not convinced this is the guy. Perhaps crazy but even your posts have not swayed me from that conviction and I have tried and tried again. MY husband believes he is the guy but I know he has not followed case at all other than what I tell him or the media tells him in that little sniplet. Perhaps he just likes to disagree with me.
Anyway bottom line is I just dont believe this is the guy. I have tried hard to believe it him. When I first came on these threads it was to defend the Van Dam family with no notice of DW guilt. As time has gone on I cant help but blame VD family for the position they are in today.
All families in this case are ruined. Very sad. I dont find today justice for Danielle.

Well thank you for your very nice post! And thank you for your hard work in NY, especially against the beast! I've had to put my own activist activities on hold for a variety of reasons. Can't wait to get back into the "swing" of things again.
I have stuck to my guns in this case for numerous reasons. I have great empathy and sympathy for parents, [no matter how stupid the parents may be]...who have missing children or who child was found deceased.(I hate how ignorant the parents were about their extra curricular activities--but as I said a hundred times, predators will find a weakness and exploit it. DW found one..) Without going into details, I will say that I have filed a missing persons report before. I know the fear and horror of having a missing child. I would't wish it on my worst enemy.
I agree with you when you said "All families in this case are ruined"....and you know what? I believe the child porn and rape scenes are the nails in his coffin. I really do. If Feldman could have shown a witness who played with or saw danielle in the MH and if he didnt' have the child porn....it would have been more than likely acquittal..
