Guess this is what happens when you ask too many pointed questions. And I wonder how long WND will be "welcome" at the White House?

I believe they did the same thing when Clinton was in the WH. Same old, same old.

people...i don't have to list all of the things being done by our government(no, not our government...it is no longer ours...it is simply the government) to take OUR country away from you and me...certain segments of our society...and correspondents with similar leanings to WND...HAVEN'T WE HAD ENOUGH...HOW MUCH FURTHER IS THIS GOING TO GO BEFORE WE THE PEOPLE STAND UP...MR. ROBINSON...I implore you to help us utilize the POWER OF THIS SITE to start a massave letter, fax, phone campaign along with street demonstrations for those who are able NOW...we just can't sit back and see this go further...if i am being an alarmist...please forgive me...but just look around at just the lies alone being fed to us by the govt....which are enuf for heads to roll...most of us read yesterday's article on the OKC bombing...if only half of that article is accurate we are headed for totalitarianism...i am in a position to devote full time to this and i pledge that if you will guide me and hopefully us, i will do exactly that

The solution is simple: sue. Sue the Standing Committee, sue the individuals that compose it. Sue Tom Daschle and Dennis Hastert in their capacities as the current leaders of Congress. Go Scientologist on their asses. He'll get his pass, just so they can make it all go away.

Last week, in a secret meeting, the Standing Committee of Correspondents, an official institution of Congress funded by tax dollars, banned WorldNetDaily Washington Bureau Chief Paul Sperry from covering the Capitol.

Whoya gonna call?

Blah, blah, blah. WorldNetDaily has Hal Lindsey as its Prophecy Correspondent. Any "news" organization that does this is pretty much on a par with the "Weekly World News."

When Farah actually breaks some news once again, I might feel something for him. Until then, I'm not inclined to tune in his net.paper's endless commentaries about "curing homosexuals" and the like. The Senate solons aren't going to admit it, but they're looking at Farah's masthead. He should, as well, and ask just how much journalism he's purveying.

ARTICLE SNIPPET: "The committee, comprised by William L. Roberts III of Bloomberg Business News, Donna M. Smith of Reuters, Scott Shepard of Cox Newspapers, Jack Torry of the Columbus Dispatch and James Kuhnhenn of Knight Ridder, has managed to insulate itself from criticism and accountability."

That's your answer right there --- WND does not report in the style of the news services as listed above.

Who cares? World Net Daily is too far "out there" for most people to consider "real" news.

Few people read WND anymore. They have become another Drudge or NewsMax... all flashy headlines and no real news. Their time has came and went. Give me The Washington Times, New York Post or Wall Street Journal any day. There you will get real substance.

"Jack Torry of the Columbus Dispatch "

The dispatch is a pathetic excuse for a newspaper.

WorldNetDaily is a JOKE!!!!

They need to stick to covering the Art Bell Show. It's about the only thing that wouldn't have it's integrity lowered by their presence.

You have to be a puppet on a string to cover the Whitehouse anymore. We have taken Russia's place in the world of Communism and trying hard to take Chinas place in human rights violations.

The only problem I have with this is WND is often guilty of not telling "the rest of the story" or the "story behind the story".

I also know Jack Tory. While a lib, he's fair and takes his position as a journalist very seriously. I doubt that he would deny someone simply on who the reporter worked for.
