No I'd say that Bush is trying the same crap I've been blaming him for the past 6 months and the Republican party for years. Trying to make the conservative party all inclusive. And if you do that, what's the difference between the Republicans and Democrats? Economic policy? Bush has picked up the tent and moved it to the middle of the road at least. When I voted for the man, my intent was to vote for someone that would bring a sense of family, belief in God, and strong moral values back to the White House. If I wanted someone nominating homosexuals and deviants I would have voted for Al Gore
The reason you see this change I fear is that a lot of citizens of their respective states have just given up. Remember the silent majority back in the 80s always spoken about? TV portrays homosexuality as the norm not because homosexuals are the norm in these United States, but because in 'enlightened' Hollywood it is the norm. The silent majority is tired of it, tired of money going to a sickness that while tragic, most of it goes to patients that caught the illness in immorality. I'm not saying that AIDS is necessarily a homosexual illness, but I just don't know of a large number of straight monogamous non drug using folks that catch AIDS

Yes that is exactly what the author Stephen Bennett said. It is based on his own, before and after, lifestyles. I'm not thinking we need to prove anything to Fethiye or Emmylou. Evidently they are not seeking any greater happiness than they have found already. So be it.
Just know that this author was there. He said he was on top of the world. Everything was perfect. But when Jesus came into his life and offered him forgiveness it completely changed him. The straiined relationships in his life were restored. He found a happiness that he hadn't even dreamed of before.
Bennett writes of his personal experience. Say "good for him" if you want. Say "I am happy enough, thank you very much". But you cannot say, "I'm just as happy as he is" because you just don't know.
I just want you to know that this is the most profound statement I have read on this thread. Statesmanlike, honest and complete. No one could ever argue or dismiss this point.
Most people consider the desire of a man to make love to another man's rump to be a serious disorder. You may not, but most people do. Most people consider such to be filthy and disgusting and highly perverted from the purpose of reproduction. Feces are full of germs, the rectum is clearly not designed for the use to which homosexual men put it, etc. etc. I'm not saying that people shouldn't have the right to do so if they want - just like a man can make love to his cows in his barn if he wants. But you can see why I don't want my kids to learn about such stuff.

I think I'll reserve my comments and simply wait to see if this sick b*stard actually tries it. Then I can have a "discussion" with him about it.
These people need to be identified, pursued and locked away in the furthest, darkest rat-infested hole we can find, and I'm not talking about San Francisco.
