President Bush submitted a formal outline for the proposed cabinet-level department of Homeland Security today in a brief ceremony outside the White House. Bush, joined by Vice President Cheney and members of Congress, called on both parties to work together to ensure that the future of America is safer than it was before September 11th. Don't hold your breath waiting for the Press to scrutinize her like thay are Dubya's perfectly honest transaction when he was at Harkin Oil... That would be too fair, Hell why dont thay ask about Terry McAuliffe's $100,000.00 dollar investment in Global Crossing that was turned into $18,000,000,000.00 while the stock holders and 401K investers lost everything? Think they will ??? NOPE
