President Bush submitted a formal outline for the proposed cabinet-level department of Homeland Security today in a brief ceremony outside the White House. Bush, joined by Vice President Cheney and members of Congress, called on both parties to work together to ensure that the future of America is safer than it was before September 11th. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Ridge has worn a hearing aid for a long time. I believe it is a result of his service in Vietnam.

Heh. I could take that in so many different directions... but I won't.

He is an opportunist who cares less about what's right, just as long as he can take advantage of a situation for his personal gain. BINGO .. Lieberman has always been that why
BTW .. I wonder how Mrs. Lieberman made out with her little stock portfolio??

Cheney doesn't look any the worse for wear after the past couple of weeks of relentless bashing.I think that's what happens when you're mature and innocent!
I hate the media. I hate the lying rats.

How can President Bush allow that creepo to even touch him? Yeech! (a word I think I just made up!)
Lieloserman has always given me the creeps, something about that horrid voice of his! He and Gore were quite a pair weren't they? Hard to say whose voice and speech pattern was worse!

Do you think that politicians don't take the negative comments as personally as we do? B/c so many of them come out and say garbage about Bush and then like CArter show up at the White House for a function or like Lieberman show up for events. By the way why was little Joe there?

Glad I waited a few more minutes before calling it a day -- great pixes as usual.
Despite the RELENTLESS pressures (and RAT/media abuse), the President continues to look youthful, energetic, and 'in charge'. Thank God he has his faith and his family (and us)!!

How can President Bush allow that creepo to even touch him? Because this President has class and won't stoop to their level
That and the fact that his mother taught him manners

He probably was kissing up to the President. After the way he has been trashing Bush he might be worried about Bush turning the Justice Department loose on him.

"BTW .. I wonder how Mrs. Lieberman made out with her little stock portfolio??"Don't hold your breath waiting for the Press to scrutinize her like thay are Dubya's perfectly honest transaction when he was at Harkin Oil... That would be too fair, Hell why dont thay ask about Terry McAuliffe's $100,000.00 dollar investment in Global Crossing that was turned into $18,000,000,000.00 while the stock holders and 401K investers lost everything? Think they will ??? NOPE
