What do any of you think about the Poison Oak topic? Feldman has a reason for bringing that up at least twice now and talking about reactions, etc.

With all due respect, I think your logic is faulty.

Has the prosecutor told you how the blood got there? I haven't heard him do so. We don't even know how she was killed, although the ME hasn't ruled out suffocation. I'm not an expert but I don't think suffocation would produce two tiny drops of blood on DW's jacket.

It is not the defense's responsibility to tell you how the blood got there.

It's looking fairly obvious, thanks to Feldman, that the prosecution
is starting to have more holes in it's case than a swiss cheese.

I'd say, with regard to Feldman's lawyerly performances in past cases,
he usually gets very strong in the late innings.
I believe we have seen his usual technique...
that of first meticulously laying the groundwork,
then coming on in the defense segment of the trial with "knockout blows".

I'm sorry to say, I see ol' Dusek on the canvas by the time the defense rests.
It's apparent the prosecution is trying, to prove their case,
as opposed to having a case.
My gut feeling: Feldman is revving up the chainsaw.

I'll make this prediction based on Feldman's past track record:
"Feldman will provide us with "dot connections" during the defense segment
of the trial, the groundwork, of which, has already been laid that will dramatically
sink BOTH Dusek's case and his career.

Watch and see... it's Feldman's style.

It doesn't make sense to me that they had already cleaned the house, vacumned, changed sheets in Dannielle's room, etc. etc. before police got there; after partying all night. Obviously they would have noticed the child missing before her room was cleaned.

Just how much was the insurance policy for? Enough for a BMW and a downpayment on a house worth almost $1 mill? They didn't have that much equity in their SD home. I believe they were there only 3 or 4 years. Monthly mortgage payment based on what I'm paying would be appx $5,000. Banks don't want you paying more than 25% of your monthly income for mortgage or rent and I don't think Damon is earning $20,000/month.

On the RR's show today, he mentioned that any donations made to the VDs after March 1, were left to the VDs to spend as they wish. Apparently, it was a disclaimer regarding funds contributed.

Where has the defense shown that she was in the MH.Even if she was,what are the odds she would bleed on that day.

It's pretty clear that she was in the MH (fingerprints and a bit of blood).

What is not clear is when.
Was it before or after Feb 1st. ?

The search dogs didn't catch a scent on the motorhome... Dogs are pretty good about that kinda stuff.

Reports say dogs "hit" on DAW's house, but It's not clear exactlly when, before or after DAW was under scrutiny ?

I was astonished by it. I contacted my lawyer in Colorado and he clued me in on my position. One needs finesse and skill to go after quail your way.
Since I lack such graces, I use the old way and stalk, bait and trap. :)

Check out my wild speculation in #499 of this thread. I have to wonder what Feldman is saving for his close. I suspect he will use his remaining time to eliminate any lose ends that he and his team believe may need attention. I expect he will hammer in at least one or perhaps two clinchers with perhaps a "surprise" or two. If Dusek has class and is politically saavy, he'll roll with it and not fight what is coming. Besides, the real murderer of a little girl is still out there.

It's been my opinion for a few weeks now that the prosecution knows DAW did not commit this crime. I also believe that LE knows this too. They were led into this by the VD's. Whereas most think Dusek is blowing this, I think they are laying the groundwork for the inevitable indictment of Damon. Get it all out now in discovery. Give enough to make sure the jury can't possibly find him guilty. If they jump on Damon now, he lawyers up and we have another John and Patsy Ramsey on their hands. Let Damon and Brenda stew awhile longer. They are displaying the classic signs, i.e. the big purchases, of a couple who know they have very little freedom left.
