BTW...you were spot on with the BUGZ!!! Bravo...now up to the jury to flush this disaster of a trial...and it is time for SDPD to quit running cover for the VD's...and shine the bright spotlight of TRUTH and JUSTICE upon them....

I was astonished by it. I contacted my lawyer in Colorado and he clued me in on my position. One needs finesse and skill to go after quail your way.
Since I lack such graces, I use the old way and stalk, bait and trap. :)

Check out my wild speculation in #499 of this thread. I have to wonder what Feldman is saving for his close. I suspect he will use his remaining time to eliminate any lose ends that he and his team believe may need attention. I expect he will hammer in at least one or perhaps two clinchers with perhaps a "surprise" or two. If Dusek has class and is politically saavy, he'll roll with it and not fight what is coming. Besides, the real murderer of a little girl is still out there.
